Parador Stick-Protect PUM underlay is a self-adhesive underlay designed for use under vinyl flooring. It has been specially developed to prevent the adhesive from spreading onto the screed. The ‘Parador’ Stick-Protect consists of a transparent PET film with a self-adhesive layer (with a removable protective film), which is dimensionally stable, an age-resistant polyurethane layer with high strength, and a high-quality fleece backing (black in colour).
Paradornd Stick-Protect do not contain plasticisers, asbestos, formaldehyde, halogens or heavy metals, and comply with French guidelines on volatile organic compounds (VOCs) as well as the German AGBB scheme. It is solvent-free and contains no ozone-depleting substances.
The self-adhesive layer ensures that no additional adhesive is required. This underlay for vinyl flooring is 1.8 mm thick and is suitable for underfloor heating. It has a low thermal resistance of 0.01 m² K/W and a high compressive load-bearing capacity of up to 45 t/m². The underlay does not have an integrated vapour barrier. It is supplied in rolls measuring 1 x 6.5 m.
