Shopping without using our services
There are several ways to make a purchase. Select a product category from the navigation menu, then choose the item you wish to buy, select the quantity and click ‘Add to basket’. For flooring products, the packaging calculator will help you work out the correct quantity.
Filters make it easier to find the items you’re interested in. You can also use the search function to find the products you want. On the product details page and in your basket, you can select additional products and services, or choose a delivery partner. In your basket, you can review your order and make any changes if necessary.
If you wish to continue shopping, click on ‘Proceed to checkout’. On the delivery and payment options page, select your preferred delivery and payment methods. Then proceed to enter your billing details and, in the next step, review your order summary. At this stage, you’ll see a summary of your order; by clicking on “Confirm order with payment obligation”, you’ll be redirected either to the payment gateway (if you’ve chosen to pay by card) or to the order summary.
Purchasing with an interest in the services of the partner network SOLIDWAY
For flooring and skirting boards, in the first step of the shopping basket you have the option to select a request for assistance from a partner in the SOLIDWAY network and their additional services, thereby generating a request for a quotation. Selecting these services does not create an order, but rather a request for a quote. You will then be contacted by your chosen partner from the SOLIDWAY network, who will assist you throughout the entire process of purchasing your flooring and arranging the delivery of the selected services.
Order overview
You can find an overview of your current and past orders in your account. For each order, you’ll find a list of the items ordered, the dates relating to the order, and information on the payment status and dispatch of the order.
