The WOOD 5.0 underlay is specially designed for floating floors, including laminate, timber and vinyl floors on an HDF core. It is the ideal accessory, providing reliable support and insulation for your floor coverings.
With a thickness of 5 mm, this underlay ensures optimal evenness of the subfloor and protects your interior from unwanted unevenness. The underlay measures 0.59 x 0.79 m and cannot be used with underfloor heating.
Its compressive load-bearing capacity is 15 t/m². With an impact sound reduction of 19 dB (in the room below), it contributes to a quiet and peaceful environment. The WOOD 5.0 underlay does not provide moisture protection; therefore, when installing on mineral substrates, we recommend laying a vapour barrier. The underlay is green in colour and is supplied in packs of 15 sheets.
