Product description
Parador Oak Multiplank Natur wideplank from the Maradune range is an elegant wooden floor with a top layer of solid oak and a natural oiled finish, which will fulfil many design dreams. The multiplank format is at the cutting edge of design, as the planks come in a variety of sizes. The Classic range offers a vibrant spectrum of looks, ranging from harmonious and natural to rustic.
The planks feature a full-width micro-bevel, which subtly breaks up the appearance of the laid planks and emphasises the characteristic look of parquet. The automatic click system with longitudinal and end edge locking ensures that the ‘Parador’ wooden floor from the Maradune range is exceptionally easy to install. Full-surface impregnation of the planks and the top layer provides reliable protection against swelling. The top layer is approximately 4 mm thick
Wooden floors combine natural characteristics with exclusivity, whilst offering a choice of various surface finishes such as oil, matt varnish or different textures. Wooden flooring can be used in all living areas and, depending on the intensity of use, also in offices and commercial premises. However, it is not suitable for damp rooms.
The German brand of premium and designer flooring, PARADOR, has been transforming houses and flats into the most beautiful homes in the world for 40 years. Top quality defines every single PARADOR product, and they all combine the beauty of the art of living with practicality, performance and quality. The art of living means appreciating beauty and allowing oneself to be inspired by it.
Coping with today’s fast-paced world and performing at your best every day requires a firm footing. That is precisely why the brand’s motto at PARADOR is “living performance”. PARADOR’s range includes wooden floors, SPC composite, vinyl and laminate flooring, all meeting the highest design standards and manufactured at the company’s German headquarters in Coesfeld and at its Austrian production facility in Güssing. PARADOR is particularly popular for its authentic designs, which create realistic interiors.

Frequently Asked Questions
Full-surface gluing is a more expensive method, but in most cases it is the most suitable way to install a wooden floor. A wooden floor glued over the entire surface stays firmly in place and lasts for years.
Yes, provided you use a suitable underlay without a vapour barrier, you can also use OSB boards as a subfloor.
This also depends on the lightness of the chosen design, the structure and the surface finish. There are specialised repair kits available for fixing scratches on wooden floors.
Yes, but do expect it to take longer to warm up. However, the floor will also stay warm for longer after the heating is switched off.
Yes, wooden floors can be sanded down, but bear in mind that you will lose the brushed finish. Depending on the technique used and the thickness of the wear layer, the floor can be sanded down 1 to 3 times.
The wear layer determines both the appearance and functionality of the floor. The thicker the wear layer, the more durable the floor. The thickness of this layer also determines how often the floor can be sanded down.
Yes, wooden flooring does require a little more care. However, it’s nothing too dramatic; apart from regular cleaning, you simply need to revitalise the floor at certain intervals – treating it with specific products.
No, given the natural materials used, it cannot be 100% waterproof.
Yes, this pattern is called herringbone. The planks vary in width and length, but are laid in the characteristic herringbone pattern. Another common name is the ‘Christmas tree’ pattern, or more precisely, laying the floor in a ‘Christmas tree’ pattern. In all cases, it is the same type of flooring pattern.
A brushed floor finish means that the manufacturer has treated the surface with a brush to give it a characteristic wood grain, which differs from smooth finishes. A varnished floor surface gives it a sheen and durability, whilst an oiled finish is the most natural of all the flooring options on the market.
Wooden flooring is stylish and comfortable; however, if you install it in a room where it comes into contact with water (bathrooms, hallways, kitchens), you must expect it to be less water-resistant than, for example, composite flooring. This is logical; wood, being a natural material, will never be waterproof.
