Eggernd SILENZIO DUO 1.5 mm XPSHD underlay with a vapour barrier is suitable for use under floating floors. It is made from extruded XPSHD + PET polystyrene, providing reliable support and insulation for various types of floor coverings.
With a total thickness of 1.5 mm and dimensions of 1.18 x 8.5 m, this underlay is specially designed for use beneath laminate, timber, composite, SPC, solid vinyl and vinyl flooring on an HDF substrate. The underlay is suitable for installations with underfloor heating, with a thermal resistance (R [m² K/W]) of 0.04 m² K/W.
It has a high compressive load-bearing capacity of up to 40 t/m², ensuring durability and reliable support. The underlay features an integrated vapour barrier and moisture protection. It is installed with the gold side facing upwards. Egger SOLENZIO DUO 1.5 mm XPSHD has the highest possible rating for indoor air emissions: A+.
The accordion-style packaging allows for easy handling and installation. You’ll also appreciate the overlap with self-adhesive tape, which simplifies installation.
